Pakistan vs England 5th T20 Highlights:

Toss: England win the toss and bowl. “Looks a good wicket, don’t think it’s going to change,” says Moeen. “Most important is to win the game, fantastic series so far. Great to be a part of, got to be on your A game against Pakistan.”Malan, Curran, Woakes and Mark Wood are in for England. Babar would have bowled first, instead aiming to defend 160-170. “Lots of positive things, got to step up for the World Cup.”Three changes, including Shadab in for Qadir, and Jamal for Hasnain.

Pakistan Team News:

Asif Ali came in last game and hit two sixes out of the three deliveries he faced. Pakistan will have to find a way to get him to face more deliveries at the death. They are not expected to tinker around too much. Pakistan will be playing a debutant today. Amir Jamal has been named for his first cap, and said in a statement earlier: “It’s an honor to represent my country. It’s hard to express your emotions in words. Wasim Akram is my ideal. I am happy that i will be representing Pakistan today.”

England Team News:

The visitors are expected to continue to tinker around with their combination as they build up to next month’s T20 World Cup. Furthermore, there’s been evidence of Chris Woakes marking out his run-up, for what will be his first England appearance since March. “Looks like Mark Wood and Willey playing too,” Roller adds. “Luke Wood hasn’t travelled, and is understood to be ill.”

Preview: Given that this seven-game series is lengthy, it required two evenly matched teams to compete to maintain interest levels. With both clubs battling it out to end the Karachi leg 2-2, the scoreline has surely been perfect. But despite the series’ dire need for a thriller, the first three games were essentially won convincingly. In their most recent meeting, the clubs traded blows, with the host team winning an exciting game to maintain their lead.

The audience would anticipate more of the same as the caravan now travels to Lahore. Sadly, Jos Buttler is still anticipated to be sidelined for England. The England captain was originally scheduled to play in Lahore, but coach Matthew Mott noted after the last game that the captain’s recuperation is taking longer than anticipated. Phil Salt hasn’t exactly lit the stage on fire while he’s been away, but it seems like he will have another chance now. Harry Brook and Ben Duckett have so far impressed England, and they will be hoping for more of the same against a bowling lineup of international calibre.

The same applies to Pakistan. The top order once more performed admirably in the previous game, although they fell short of the perfect outcome. Despite scoring 97 for the first wicket, Pakistan could only put up 166 runs. Their bowlers pulled off a close victory, which is how they managed to get away with it. Although it looks that Shan Masood has already made it into the starting XI, Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam still want at least one more helping hand. They currently have three games to choose from.
